I just have to share this picture with you. My fiance has been laid off for a few weeks (it blows financially but is nice to have his smiling adorable face waiting for me as soon as I get home). Ross is well...energetic so staying home with nothing to do all day is not his cup of tea. I would say I'm lucky he is like that and is not content with sitting on the couch doing nothing all day. He is always into something... he will clean the house, do laundry, cook dinner, and when I am working from home he likes to be my secretary...seriously. He will bring me something to drink, make me lunch, ask me constantly if I would like a "post it" and remind me when I have a conference call (even though he only knows that cause I say I have one in an hour or it comes up on my computer). He is a card and I love him! Anyways off topic. So he is laid off and a few Fridays ago he has a few buddies over for cribbage. A few games quickly turned into an intense playoff where cash was involved and beer. I was happily plunking away at work and I received this text message on my phone. With a caption that says... Your dog owes us some beer.
My poor pooch, Butters is a very loving dog (he loves to lay in between Ross and I and love us up) but his breed isn't very friendly towards people he doesn't know. He isn't mean just very scared and timid so I can only imagine the horror he had encountered when 5 grown men came over. Ross said he was sitting by him the whole time and when he took this picture he was sleeping sitting up. Every time I look at this picture I just laugh and laugh and it makes me stop and think how lucky I am to have such a personable, funny, free spirit like Ross. It keep my day interesting every day living with him and loving him. He absolutely brings out the best in me and keeps a smile on my face. I am counting down the days to becoming Mrs. Brostrom... ok that sounds weird but :)

Funny pic! Ross rocks! Glad he makes you happy :)
